Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

At Aroma di vita, we value your decision to cancel your order. However, we request you to initiate the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, preferably before it has been shipped, as this helps us simplify the process.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team by writing to us at hello@aromadivita.in. We are available Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Once you contact our team for cancellation, your order will be cancelled and a gift card equivalent to the product value will be issued within 24 to 48 hours. You are requested to redeem the gift card within 1 year from the date of receiving it.

Cancellation After Shipment

Although we appreciate cancellations before shipment, we welcome your cancellation requests after shipment as well.

If the order you want to cancel has been shipped but not delivered, we request you to contact our customer service team within 48 hours of placing the order.

We will then confirm the cancellation and issue a gift card equivalent to the product value, after deducting a flat courier and shipment charge of ₹50. You are requested to redeem the gift card within 1 year from the date of receiving it.

To redeem the gift card, kindly contact our customer service team by writing to us at hello@aromadivita.in. We are available Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM.

At Aroma Di Vita, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of fragrances and beauty products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

We only provide replacements in cases where:

  • The perfume bottle has a manufacturing defect

  • The sprayer/nozzle is not functioning properly

  • The product arrives damaged or leaking

  • You receive the wrong item

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aromadivita.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel and product

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, we strongly encourage all customers to record a clear video while receiving and unboxing the parcel.

Claims related to missing items, leakage, damage, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product. Our team will provide further instructions regarding the replacement process.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal fragrance preference/dislike

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
